FOR PLASTIC WELDING
Aumatech manufactures standard plastic welding machines series TWO, renowned for its sturdiness, safety, ergonomy, accuracy and reliability. They feature most common welding technologies for application such as automotive, appliance, industrial packaging and consumer.
Such machines are designed to work intensively and for long time, able to operate stand alone or integrated into an existing production line, available in different sizes to cover a wide range of parts to be welded. The full electric machines can be customized according to customer's production needs.
HOT PLATE TECHNOLOGY
It is a kind of welding suited for big parts such as the automotive or appliance ones.
Aumatech's solution is featuring some best in class, among which: full electric, movable plates micrometric adjustment, modularity in heating the plate (partial heating), smart solution to avoid sticking scrap onto the plate, infrared thermographic scan as process control before joining step.
Heating plate's shape and material can be customized to meet working requirements of odd-shape parts and different thermoplastics.
This technology works well with welding of small parts, or spot welding onto big ones. It happens by friction, where this comes from the action of a tool (sonotrode) which generates pressure and vibration onto joining surface of parts.
Aumatech's solution stands out for being full electric, featuring movable plates micrometric adjustment and for adopting titanium sonotrode from world-class manufacturers, besides general characteristics of series TWO machines.
For specific applications Aumatech is adopting technologies such as laser, vibration and infrared, where the previous two do not meet project's welding requirements.
