Aumatech IHTA Award Winner 2026

During HydrogenExpo, the IHTA 2026 awards were assigned and Aumatech was one of the 13 winning companies

First nomination and first recognition for Aumatech at the IHTA, now in its fourth edition. Over 30 participating companies, divided into 10 categories. Aumatech was the winner, ex-aequo with CEDEM, in the Verification & Testing category with the Da Vinci project, the testing system for high pressure composite tanks intended for heavy transport.

The Jury motivated the award as follows: "for the development of a highly innovative system, designed to detect micro hydrogen leaks in fourth-generation cylinders in composite material, operating at very high pressure. Thanks to an advanced engineering approach — integrating CFD simulations, thermal gas control, accumulation chamber and mass spectrometry — the system ensures precision, safety and compliance with the most stringent regulations. A solution that responds to the emerging needs of hydrogen storage and transport"

The company management itself, after due thanks to the Jury, expressly wanted to extend the worthiness of this recognition to the entire company team, which in various ways and at different times has made it possible to achieve this success.
